You pay for the size of your tree inventory.
The price of IDA depends on the number of trees you manage. After a demo you receive a quote that fits your inventory and the way you work.
How the price is set
The size of your tree inventory
The number of trees sets the price. If your inventory grows, the price grows with it; nothing else changes.
Modules where you need them
The platform is complete. Risk prioritisation is available as a module, for those who want a risk score per tree on the map.
We do the onboarding
We migrate your existing tree inventory for you, whatever you have, and set IDA up with you. If you have a question after that, we respond within one working day, and usually sooner.
In every plan
No stripped-down entry version: every plan runs on the same platform.
- Projects, field app and approvals
- Standard models for BVC (tree safety inspection), pruning and felling, plus your own
- Per-project access for users and organisations
- API for integrations
- Export to the common GIS and Excel formats
Questions about pricing
The price is tailored and depends on the number of trees in your inventory. In a demo we look at your inventory and the way you work, and then you receive a quote.
For education and research institutions IDA is free up to 2,500 trees. Request the academic plan through the demo page.
Yes. Your data is always yours and always exportable: per project to the common GIS and Excel formats, and per tree as a PDF file. There is no lock-in. What you put in, you take with you.
We do it. Whatever you have, an export from your GIS, Excel lists or the data in your current system, we migrate it to IDA for you and set it up with you. If you have a question after that, we respond within one working day, and usually sooner.
Yes, we are prepared for it. IDA Bomen aligns with the BIO, the Dutch government’s baseline for information security, uses two-step verification and access per project, and records every change. Put your requirements to us: we go through the review with you and supply the documentation your CISO and your procurement officer need, the data processing agreement included.
